Roller Buggy: Baby Stroller Scooter

Check out these cool Baby Stroller-Scooters for parents who wish to have some fun while outdoors.

These products let you transform a baby stroller into a scooter that lets you transport your baby around town at a faster speed (although that is not its primary purpose). Not only will you be getting to places quicker, but it’s a lot of fun to ride on these while pushing the stroller, and your baby will also love the adrenaline rush you give them.

Roller Buggy: Stroller Scooter

The Roller Buggy multi-functional baby carriage transforms into a scooter through a simple pull motion of the lower body and its easy to steer it left and right (skateboard principle). You may use different-shaped seats using special-made adaptars.

There’s no doubt this stroller scooter looks fantastic, but its only a prototype yet. So if you are looking for the price of this stroller and scooter hybrid, you will have wait longer.

If you don’t have a baby yet, this might look exciting, but hold on. The idea looks fantastic, but because safety can be a concern, we’ll need to see if it gains in popularity.

Well, unless they have adequate safety measure put in, this stroller-scooter combo may not really take of. You just can’t expect a mom speeding around town, pushing a kid around in this scooter-stroller. This hybrid stroller scooter can clock speeds up to 10 miles per hour.

There’s no doubt that the design is innovative so who invented the roller buggy? This scooter/stroller hybrid has been created by award-winning Austrian inventor, Valentin Vodev.

But how about carrying your pet instead – a dog or a cat? That looks feasible isn’t it?

Bobtail Attachment Converts stroller into Scooter

This cool attachment lets you attach a scooter to your stroller.

Want to make strolling more fun? Checkout the Bobtail attachment that converts strollers into scooters in just a few seconds.

The Bobtail attachment (compatible with BOB strollers) adds a tubular steel frame, a wooden deck and a solid rubber (rear) tire to your stroller. You just have to attach it to the rear of the stroller (to the horizontal rod) and you are ready to scoot with your stroller.

You can control the speed with a friction fender brake and the scooter is designed to carry up to 250 lbs (113kg) of weight.

So why stroll when you can roll?

A somewhat similar product known as the Mamaboard was discontinued. A skateboard/stroller hybrid known as the Longboardstroller, however, is still in production.
