A full-size stroller is the most commonly used stroller; it can be used from day one until your little one turns into a toddler. These are rich in features and functions as the focus is not really on making them lightweight, but on making strolling easier and convenient for the parent and the child.
Full-sized strollers come with large canopies, roomy seats, have spacious baskets, and are compatible with infant car seats or bassinets allowing the stroller to be used right from birth.
The downside is that these are not really lightweight and can be a bit more difficult to fold (compared to a lightweight stroller) and also cumbersome if you wish to use it for short trips or for travelling.
