Maximum Weight Recommended: 50 pounds (Max height 40 inches)
Weight: 11.8 lbs
Three-tier, extended canopy

  • What we like: Very light. Unbeatable price.
  • What we dislike: Seat doesn’t recline much, not really one-hand fold, won’t fit in an overhead bin

Kolcraft Cloud Plus is perfect for travel, for day trips and for daily use. It is lightweight (weighs just 11.8 pounds), and is easy to fold and unfold. It comes with a removable tray, has extendable canopy and nice big storage basket. The seat reclines almost three-quarters of the way which is good enough for the little one to get some nap.

You can quickly pack this lightweight stroller if you want to keep it in the car trunk or put away in storage. The stroller features front suspension and terrain wheels for a smooth ride (rolls better on smoother surfaces though). Three-tier canopy provides ample shade in the sun, and the stroller offers plenty of storage underneath to carry your baby’s necessities.

Coming to the compromises that you need to make with this inexpensive stroller, the Cloud and comes with plastic wheels which makes it less responsive on most surfaces. The seats of the stroller are not as cushy as some of the other expensive strollers. The seat also cannot be removed for cleaning; however, it is made of material that can easily be wiped. It also doesn’t fold to a very compact size so it won’t reallly fit in the overhead bin, but it is light enough to be used as an everyday stroller. The canopy coverage is just about okay and the see-through window comes with no cover. This stroller comes with two cupholders, but they are quite small in size.

So, if you are looking for an inexpensive, lightweight stroller the not-too-expensive stroller, the Kolcraft Cloud Plus can be a good choice as the positives outweigh the negatives. In case you are travelling, you may have to gate check the stroller.
