I agree that the Love Handles sound funny and may probably not look convincing enough to you but trust me it works wonders on the stomach. I have had friends raving about the effects of the love handles. If you walk briskly with it even for 5 minutes, you will feel the effects of the exercise. It is an intense work out although it may not look like it. Spend 20 minutes daily and you are sure to see results.

Handle bars are also great for cardio workouts. It has an adjustable regulator that can be adjusted and made lower or higher to either reduce or increase your cardio.
