How to remove mold from a stroller using vinegar.

Did you put your Baby stroller away in storage for a long period? Chances are that it could have mildewed or developed mold in the fabric.

Mold exposure is dangerous as it can give off toxic fumes; it should be eliminated as soon as it is spotted.

Some people use bleach to eradicate mold, but white vinegar is a better option. It is a nontoxic, chemical-free way of cleaning a baby stroller.

1 Step 1 – Take white vinegar
2 Step 2 – Spray
3 Step 3 – Keep in Sun
4 Step 4 – Remove Mold
5 Step 5 – Rinse
6 Step 6 – Dry

Step 1 – Take white vinegar

Pour white vinegar in a spray bottle. Do not dilute vinegar.

Step 2 – Spray

Spray the moldy areas of the baby stroller with the vinegar.

Step 3 – Keep in Sun

Set the stroller in the sun for one to two hours. This allows the vinegar to work on the mold and to deteriorate in direct sunlight.

Step 4 – Remove Mold

Place two or three drops of dish detergent in a bucket of water. Wipe the stroller down with the sudsy water and a sponge. Make sure to remove all signs of mold from the stroller.

Step 5 – Rinse

Rinse the stroller with clean water and a sponge. Remove all soapy residue.

Step 6 – Dry

Wipe the stroller with clean rags or towels, making sure the entire stroller is dried off. Set the stroller in direct sun for two to three hours to make sure it is completely dry.
